Emeril's Tchoup Chop

Here are some pictures from Emeril's. It was close to Ruth's Chris but I like that better since this one is more oriental. I had salmon which was good and banana cream pie for desert. That was the best pie I have ever had though. I did try the sake though, it was ok. Off to bed, got to be ready for pickup at 7:40am.

P.s. I had the sambouka for my after dinner drink, I guess it tastes the same everywhere.

Thursday Morning

Overcast, looks like rain today. Last day of classes today. It is starting to get long now. Going to Emerl's Tcoup Chop tonight. Supposable it is his take on oriental food. I'll take some pictures of that too.

The picture is of the pool area playgroud for the kids.

Here are some pictures from during the day on Thursday. A couple of the pictures are from just around the hotel. One is from the hallway leading back and forth to the classes. The last two are from the RSTechEd EdFest Casino night. I started with 5000 EdBucks and ended up with about 110,000 EdBucks playing strictly blackjack. We turned in the bucks for raffle tickets for prizes. I had to have close to the highest amounts but I didn't win squat. It was fun anyway.

Well I tried to respond to some of the comments from my phone and it would not let me do it, not sure why, so I decided to answer the questions in a new post.

The pictures and the posts are both from my phone. Got to love the T-Mobile Dash and T-MobileWeb!

Universal does a really good job of keeping you on-site to spend your money. They provide transportation, resturants, etc. So there is no need to go elsewhere. For Anne, you have to eat sometime.

Tuesday Breakfast

Good morning everyone!

Here is a picture from breakfast. Pancakes which were not to bad but the fruit is really good. It is a huge tent outside with big air conditioners running.

Universal Citywalk

Took a boat ride from the hotel to 'Citywalk' which was about a 15 minute ride. Had dinner with Zach and his wife (from Loram) at the NASCAR Sports Grille. I had BBQ pulled pork on Texas toast. Here are some pictures from the trip.
